Karla Dobbeck, a certified professional in Human Resource Management – Emeritus, founded Human Resource Techniques, Inc., an hr consulting firm, in 1997 where she remained until 2019.
Her accomplishments include developing effective on-boarding systems, OSHA plans and training, customized employee training, management training, sexual harassment training ,employee handbooks and performance management tools.
Today, Ms. Dobbeck continues to assist clients by augmenting their hr systems and providing training on best practices for managing and communicating effectively with staff. Her clients include small - mid-sized companies in McHenry County and surrounding counties in northern Illinois.
